Setiabudi SkyGarden redefined residential living in Jakarta's central business district by demonstrating that urban density and nature can coexist in harmony.

Developed through a collaboration between JSI, Tokyu Land Corporation, Shimizu Corporation, and Frasers Hospitality, the project was designed around a philosophy of balance between nature, community, and modern city living. Built on a 2.1-hectare site in the heart of Jakarta, Setiabudi SkyGarden dedicates approximately 70% of its land area to open spaces and landscaped gardens, creating one of the most distinctive residential environments in the city's urban core.

Today, Setiabudi SkyGarden stands as a benchmark for integrated urban living, combining international expertise, thoughtful design, and an exceptional connection to nature within one of Jakarta's most established business districts.
