Team Collaboration Moments

This is where our DNA meets the real world. Every day, our people put service, solution, experience, and community into practice for the stakeholders who count on us. Take Plaza Setiabudi: by listening closely to our office tenants and watching how their teams actually move through the day, we saw an unmet need — a place to pause. So we created a dedicated sitting area where tenants' employees can network, recharge, and reset after work. We didn't wait to be asked. We observed, we understood, and we delivered value on their behalf — because when our community thrives, so do we.

Sport Activities

Get active — healthier, sharper, and full of energy. We host weekly classes to help you unwind and recharge after work: HIIT, Zumba, Muay Thai, Yoga, and Poundfit. And it goes further. Our leaders hit the gym to build strength and stay fit, setting the pace for everyone. Through our badminton, padel, and other sport clubs, teams push each other, rally hard, and bond over a shared drive to win — the kind of friendly rivalry that makes us stronger together, on and off the court.

Celebration Moments

We make time to celebrate our people. Every quarter, divisions take turns hosting our employee birthday celebrations, each with its own creative theme — from Super Heroes to Kartini Day to a Black & Silver soirée. We also come together for Independence Day and other special occasions throughout the year, always in a relaxed, playful spirit. These moments let us drop the formality, share a laugh, and strengthen the bonds that carry us through the serious work.

Learning Sessions

Growth at JSI takes many forms. Formally, we run sessions on AI, performance management, and refreshers on our regulations and Code of Ethics, plus industry association events that keep us in step with the market. But some of the best learning is informal — joining a special project or taskforce, exploring articles and videos on your own, and working shoulder to shoulder with seasoned executives who share what only experience can teach. If you're ready to grow, the door is open — and the next step is often yours to take.

Cross Team Projects

At JSI, opportunity comes early — to those who reach for it. Talent that shows initiative, appetite, and drive earns a real seat at the table on projects of every kind: greenfield and brownfield, from focused improvement initiatives to major investments. You might help shape a new retail destination, reimagine an office tower, bring a residential community to life, or elevate the guest experience at one of our hotels. Working across teams and alongside experienced leaders, you'll take on real responsibility, challenge the way things are done, and see your ideas built into the places people live, work, and gather.
