Setiabudi Atrium

Completed in 1991, Setiabudi Atrium represents the next chapter in JSI's vision for Jakarta's evolving business districts. Developed as part of the Plaza Setiabudi complex and built by Shimizu Corporation, the building introduced a more integrated workplace environment where offices, retail, dining, and everyday services come together in a single destination. For more than three decades, Setiabudi Atrium has supported businesses in the heart of the Rasuna Said corridor while demonstrating JSI's belief that successful workplaces extend beyond the office itself. Today, it remains an integral part of the Plaza Setiabudi ecosystem, connecting businesses, professionals, and communities within one of Jakarta's most established commercial districts.
