Revenue Up 29%, JSI Distributes Dividends for Fiscal Year 2023
PT Jakarta Setiabudi Internasional Tbk. (JSI) reported a 29% increase in revenue to IDR 1.77 trillion for fiscal year 2023 and approved a cash dividend of IDR 10 per share, reflecting the company's continued strong financial performance.
PT Jakarta Setiabudi Internasional Tbk. (JSI) reported revenue of IDR 1.77 trillion for the fiscal year 2023, marking a 29% increase compared to the previous year. The hospitality business segment contributed the largest portion, accounting for 83.7% of total revenue. EBITDA also grew to IDR 596.5 billion.
As a token of appreciation to shareholders, JSI distributed a dividend of IDR 10 per share. The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) also approved the new composition of the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors, effective until the AGMS for the 2026 fiscal year.
