PT Jakarta Setiabudi Internasional Tbk. (JSPT) reported a 34% increase in revenue through the third quarter of 2024, supported by strong hospitality performance and continued progress across its strategic hospitality, residential, and commercial developments.
PT Jakarta Setiabudi Internasional Tbk (JSPT) reported strong financial performance, with revenue increasing by 34% year-on-year as of the third quarter of 2024. The hospitality segment remained the primary contributor, supported by a surge in tourist arrivals to Bali, where JSPT operates four hotels.
Net profit also rose by 14% during the same period. JSPT continues to advance its strategic projects across various segments, including the renovation of Hyatt Regency Yogyakarta and near-completion of residential sales at Setiabudi SkyGarden, Puri Botanical, and Hyarta EcoVillage.
Looking ahead, the company is preparing several new developments, such as condominiums and villas in Sanur, the integrated township project Savanna Sumatera, the revitalization of Bali Collection, and the launch of a new lifestyle retail hub at Puri Botanical.
