PT Jakarta Setiabudi Internasional Tbk. (JSPT) posted its strongest financial performance in company history for the fiscal year 2024, recording revenue of IDR 2.4 trillion—an increase of 35% compared to the previous year. The company also reported an EBITDA of IDR 868.2 billion (up 46%) and a net profit of IDR 261.3 billion (up 37.04%), driven primarily by the Hotel Division, which contributed IDR 1.8 trillion or 77% of total revenue.
During the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS), JSPT approved a dividend distribution of IDR 20 per share, doubling the amount from the previous year. The dividend will be paid on 23 July 2025 to all registered shareholders.
This strong performance underscores JSPT’s commitment to delivering sustainable value to its shareholders and strengthening its position in the industry.
