PT Jakarta Setiabudi Internasional Tbk. (JSI) delivered strong financial performance in 2022, recording IDR 1.38 trillion in revenue and IDR 507.6 billion in EBITDA while maintaining resilient operations across its property, hospitality, and residential businesses.
PT Jakarta Setiabudi Internasional Tbk. (JSI) reported significant performance growth in 2022, with revenue reaching IDR 1.38 trillion—an increase of 149% compared to the previous year. EBITDA also surged by 962% to IDR 507.6 billion. Revenue was composed of 72% Recurring Income and 28% Non-Recurring Income.
Despite continued challenges in the property sector due to the post-pandemic landscape and global tensions, JSI successfully maintained operations across its real estate, hospitality, and residential segments. The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders (AGMS) approved the decision to retain earnings in order to preserve company liquidity. The meeting also confirmed a new composition of the Board of Commissioners and Board of Directors, effective through the 2023 fiscal year.
