JSI Approves Rp57.97 Billion Cash Dividend at 2026 AGMS
PT Jakarta Setiabudi Internasional Tbk. (JSI) approved a cash dividend of IDR 57.97 billion, equivalent to IDR 25 per share, at its 2026 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, reflecting the company's solid financial performance and continued commitment to delivering long-term shareholder value.
Throughout 2025, JSI recorded revenue of IDR 2.4 trillion, a 1% increase from 2024. EBITDA stood at IDR 853.1 billion, while net profit reached IDR 298.1 billion, up 14% from IDR 261.5 billion in 2024.
The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders approved a cash dividend distribution of IDR 57.97 billion, equivalent to IDR 25 per share. This represents a 25% increase from the 2024 dividend of IDR 20 per share.
The Annual General Meeting of Shareholders also approved the appointment of Ms. Lim Merry as President Commissioner of the Company, effective from 9 June 2026 until the Annual General Meeting of Shareholders for the 2026 financial year, which will be held in 2027.
