Chairman of the Audit Committee
Eddy brings more than 35 years of experience across banking, finance company, forestry, coal mining and property. He began his career as Manager at PT Bank Kredit Asia and at PT Tifa Mutual Finance Corporation, under Dwi Satrya Utama Group, before joining PT Jakarta Setiabudi Internasional Tbk (JSI Group) as Senior Manager Corporate Finance. He later joined Sinarmas Group, holding senior positions including Senior Manager Treasury at PT Duta Pertiwi Tbk, Deputy Director at PT Arara Abadi and Director at PT Golden Energy Mines Tbk, PT Atlas Resources Tbk and PT Innovate Mas Indonesia (MyRepublic).
He subsequently returned to the JSI Group serving as President Director of PT Copylas Indonesia and several subsidiaries of JSI Group and later as Director of JSI. He was appointed as Independent Commissioner and Chairman of Audit Committee of JSI since June 2024.
Outside JSI Group, he served as Audit Committee of PT Resource Alam Indonesia Tbk, then as Independent Commissioner, Chairman of the Audit Committee as well as Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee in 2022 before appointed as Director of Asset Development in December 2024 until September 2026.
Eddy holds a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Master of Business Administration from Newport University.
