GM Corporate Secretary
Mr. Asan Effendy joined JSI in 2007 as GM of Corporate Finance and has also held the position of Corporate Secretary since 2009. Since May 2013, he has served as Director of PT Darsana Tempa Internasional, in May 2014 he served as Director of PT Skyline Building, and since April 2015 has served as Director of PT Wynncor Bali.
Previously, he pursued a career in various companies, including PT Lyman Investindo (the parent company of the Lyman Group) as Head of Corporate Finance, PT Jakarta International Hotels & Development Corporation as Head of Corporate Finance, and PT Borsumij Wehry Indonesia as Head of the Internal Control Bureau. He holds a degree in Accounting from Jayabaya University, Jakarta.
