Independent Commissioner
He was appointed as an Independent Commissioner of the Company on June 20, 2024. Prior to this, he gained experience in several companies in the property, finance, and oil and energy sectors. From 1991 to 1996, he joined Dwi Satrya Utama Group, followed by three years at Foster Oil and Energy Pte. Ltd.
From 2000 to 2015, he worked at Sinarmas Group. He then served at the Company from 2016 to June 2023, as well as at several of its subsidiaries, having previously worked at the Company from 1996 to 2000. From June 2022 to December 2023, he held the position of Independent Commissioner, concurrently serving as Chairman of the Audit Committee and Chairman of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee at PT Resources Alam Indonesia Tbk.
He earned his Master of Business Administration from Newport University in 1994-1995 and previously obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration from Newport University (1988-1991) at the same institution.
