Developing Future Hospitality Talent Through Industry Exposure

In January 2026, PT Jakarta Setiabudi Internasional Tbk (JSI), through its properties Hyatt Regency Bali and Andaz Bali, hosted a “Class Take Over” program in collaboration with Elizabeth International. The initiative brought students directly into a real hospitality environment, where industry practitioners led sessions and shared practical insights on hotel operations and guest experience. Through this program, JSI supports the development of future hospitality talent by bridging academic learning with real-world exposure.
